I've been on both sides of the table.

I've founded a business, acquired seven more, and sold five of them. Each one taught me something I couldn't learn from a case study.

Most advisors come from finance. They know the models, the multiples, the process. What they've rarely done is run the product, manage the team, fly out to meet the clients, and rebuild operations from scratch after a messy handover. That's what I've spent the last seven years doing.

The pattern I kept seeing: deals fell apart not at the table, but in the 100 days after close. That's where value gets made or destroyed — and where I've focused most of my work.

I partner with SaaS buyers and operators as both a dealmaker and a hands-on operator, depending on what the situation calls for.

I'm now applying that same operator lens to building products with AI — and writing about what that actually looks like.
